Here at Lifetree Homecare Solutions we are available 24/7 to take your call. Our customer care officer will guide you through your process to select the best plan suitable for you. They will discuss your needs, expectations, and worries and arrange a home visit with our Certified Senior Care Manager to consult with the family and assess the situation on how Lifetree Homecare Solutions might be able to help.

Our Certified Senior Care Manager will visit your home free of charge and discuss with you and/or your family regarding the issues you or your loved ones face and provide answers to your doubts. We will also offer to perform a free in-home safety check to prevent the risk of falls. Our team at Lifetree Homecare Solutions will work with other members involved in the care of you or your loved one and draft a plan on how to meet their specific needs. Then we will match a caregiver who has specific skills to support our client.

Our service doesn't stop from there. Our Certified Senior Care Manager will regularly visit your home to see how well our client is doing and whether there are particular new issues arising. We will redirect our caregiving team to those particular needs.​ We understand that you or your loved ones' changing needs will sometimes require different strategies of management other than caregivers. Since we have highly qualified Certified Nurse Assistance that we can integrate into your care process, we can deal with you or your loved ones' varied needs.
